These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Love Story Tunes ("we," "us," or "our") for the creation of custom songs. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
  1. Our Service
    Love Story Tunes provides a service where we create an original, custom song based on the story, details, and music preferences you provide via our online form (the "Story Content").
  2. Ordering and Payment
    • Final Price: The price for a custom song is $99. This price is subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order is guaranteed.
    • Payment: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
    • Story Content Submission: We require complete Story Content submission within 30 days of purchase. Failure to submit your details within this timeframe may result in your order being voided without refund.
  3. Delivery and Revisions
    • Delivery Time: The standard delivery time for your finished song is 7-10 days from the time we receive your complete Story Content. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
    • Lyric Review: We offer one opportunity to review the draft lyrics for accuracy (names, dates, key details) before recording begins.
    • Final Revisions: After the final song is delivered, we offer one round of minor revisions to the mixing or vocals (e.g., slight volume adjustments). We do not offer revisions to the underlying musical composition or lyrics after the song has been recorded.
  4. Ownership and Rights
    • Our Ownership: The composition and sound recording of the custom song are created by our professional team. Love Story Tunes retains the underlying copyright to the musical composition and master recording.
    • Your License (Personal Use): You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Playing it at your wedding or private events.
      • Sharing the audio file with friends and family.
      • Posting it on personal social media accounts.
    • Commercial Use: The song cannot be used for any commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, selling a product, professional video production) without explicit, written permission and a separate licensing agreement from Love Story Tunes.
  5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation Before Writing: If you cancel your order before the songwriter begins work (usually within 24-48 hours of submission), you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
    • No Refunds After Work Begins: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once the songwriting process has begun, which includes after the initial draft lyrics have been delivered to you.
    • Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction and will utilize the revision process outlined in Section 3 to ensure the final product meets the description of our service.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranty
    The service and the finished song are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the song will meet your specific aesthetic or subjective expectations, though we strive for professional quality and accuracy based on your Story Content.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Love Story Tunes be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the service, exceeding the total amount you paid for the service.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Business State/Country, e.g., the State of California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
